In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders logged after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) ship the following business day; a tracking token is issued at dispatch.

A tracking token is issued by email at dispatch. Activation may take up to 24 hours; a static status on day one is within normal system parameters.
Orders routed outside the US may incur customs fees or import duties assessed by local authorities. These costs are the recipient's responsibility and are excluded from the order total.
If tracking has not updated within 10 days, or a unit is marked delivered without arrival, contact support. A carrier claim is filed and a replacement is dispatched pending resolution.
