Return Protocol

01. Guarantee window

Every unit ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee, active from the delivery timestamp. Run a live oil-change test — if output doesn't match spec, a return is processed.

02. Eligibility conditions

• Return request logged within 30 days of delivery.
• No damage incurred after delivery.
• Pipes, clamps and cabling returned where feasible.

Units already field-tested remain eligible — this is a performance guarantee, not a condition-based clause.

03. Initiating a return

Submit your order number by email. Return instructions are issued within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.

04. Refund cycle

Upon carrier scan of the returned unit, a full refund is routed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank posting may add additional time.

05. Fault handling

If a unit arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, submit a photo within 14 days. A replacement is dispatched immediately; a return is not required in most cases.
